BASED ON -AMBASSADOR SONDLAND- PROSECUTION WITNESS- DECLARATIONS UNDER TESTIMONY THAT HIS EVIDENCE AGAINST THE PRESIDENT IS BASED ON ASSUMPTIONS AND PRESUMPTIONS OF ANY EVIDENCE

IF JOHN F. KENNEDY WAS ALIVE TODAY HE WOULD BE TRYING HIS OWN PARTY FOR TREASON, PERJURY, CRIMINAL CONTEMPT AND OBSTRUCTION OF- THE PRESIDENCY!

 

 

 

 

“Given the shocking revelations from Ambassador Sondland, why haven’t defense attorneys declared a mistrial and reversal of any and all accusations; of impeachable declarations, and or allegations from Congressional members?

 

 

Allegations which on the their merit have no valid weight for charges of contempt of Congress and or any other charges.

Those who signed on to the impeachment of this President did so based on partisan lies.

 

 

Lies which cannot be substantiated and who Ambassador Sondland -himself- declared under oath and under threat of perjury many times over. When asked, that he was replying to unsubstantiated allegations and assumptions!

 

 

Merely on the words of hearsay comments, he presumed, now proven to be false witnesses and uncorroborated or factless Democratically litigious false evidence. Of non-value, Sondland replied again his comments were based on his personal -presumptions of assumptions.

 

 

I’m still trying to find; the smoking gun, where’s the evidence of Quid-Pro-Quo? Is there one iota of evidence as to any money transferred to the President? However on the contrary there is plenty of evidence and testimony that Biden and his son both received renumeration.

 

 

Still Schiff and Nadler declare the president guilty by virtue that he acted to interfere with US elections because he acted as the President that he is and has a right to know of any criminal acts performed by any one running for US office and ESPECIALLY anyone attempting to defraud the US.

 

 

Or any US official acting to EXTORT MONEY FROM FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS??? And that is what Schiff and Nadler and Pelosi and all the rest are trying to cover up!

And that is what both Bidens should be brought up for charges on immediately!

 

 

However, regarding Sondland’s testimony that he reacted when questioned based on ASSUMPTIONS, AND PRESUMPTIONS. OF WHAT HEARSAY EVIDENCE?

 

 

 

The Democratic Party has lost all sense of professionalism and ethical decor. When for the past three years it had fabricated one false case after another against President Trump.

 

 

 

The first case cost over $40 million dollars(TAX-PAYER MONEY) and ended in an embarrassing pile of meaningless lies.Today Schiff and Pelosi once again have fabricated more lies.To cover up what the Biden’s have been doing.

 

 

Dragging them month after month with nothing -but- hear say allegory that has no precedent, evidence, and which the real criminals are the Biden’s.

 

 

And the evidence against them is clear and overwhelming! If there was a real judge overseeing this criminal sham by Democrats he would already have thrown it out of court.

 

 

Furthermore Pelosi, Schiff, and Schumer would in the least have been immediately brought up not just on contempt of court for presenting such disgraceful accusations in violation of criminal law, but fabricating false testimony with criminal intent to remove the President under false and prejudicial pretenses. (TREASON).

 

 

-AND LEST NOT FORGET- THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WAS DONE TO THE FISA COURT JUDGES. FALSE ALLEGATIONS BORNE WITH FALSE EVIDENCE TO GET THEM TO HAND OVER SUMMONSES FOR WIRETAPS AND OTHER SURVEILLANCE CAPABILITIES TO DESTROY A SITTING PRESIDENT!!!

 

 

These are near treasonous actions and what makes it worse for them is that they are members of Congress. That certainly in the least are punishable with heavy criminal sentences.

 

Including, monetary-civil recourse, and immediate removal from office to wit termination of any and all special privileges (CLEARANCES) heretofore, aforementioned to members of Congress.To wit the loss of any and all benefits including health and pensions!

 

 

But there some who fear what will happen on the streets of America if because of the truth these scoundrels were to be apprehended and brought to trial

 

 

Everyone is waiting their time trying to figure out what will be done? To clear this thing up and return the situation back to civility. I ask the American people must we allow this sham to continue?

 

 

Or should we not act with expediency to incarcerate these criminals in Congress and elsewhere just like they did to Conservatives. When at the dead of the night dozens of FBI and other officers acting on behalf of their oaths; threw doors open and jailed innocent victims.

 

 

If not then we should allow for the preferential treatment of Congress for Schiff, Pelosi, Nadler, and the rest? And continue on with this sham until election day 2020 arrives?

After they have ramrodded him over and over in the face that he has still been doing a good job for this country!
