POLICE, FEDERAL AND OTHERS FAILED TO ACT AND STOP TO PUT AN END

TO THE ESCALATING THREATS FROM AN OBVIOUSY DISTURBED AND ARMED INDIVIDUAL!
“Today the hate and remorse are all aimed at a piece of metal, a trigger, and the bullets. Those who failed to act and or the perpetrator are almost seen as victims. When -the worst weapon here is the inaction of those who- should have acted when they were alerted!” JRH/NDMC/INTL -2018
“That’s what is at fault here reckless negligence, refusal to act when called on to protect the school, community, and others who could have come in harm’s way.
A tragedy that could have easily been avoided just like 9/11 after the red flags were all over the place; they were ignored and no one acted upon them where millions lost their lives.
What Americans should be focused on is why was it possible that this young man with obvious anger and mental abnormalities could still go out and purchase assault weapons?
The school knew of his problems, the community knew of them, and so did the local and federal law enforcement agencies; all were well aware of his threats. A loose cannon vent on killing people and his main focus may have been the one person that had shunned him, his ex girlfriend.
He had the weapons, he made the threats that he would kill people, and all the red flags were in place. BUT NO ONE ACTED NO ONE DID THEIR DUTY.
THEY BETRAYED THE SCHOOL, THE COMMUNITY, THE CHILDREN AND MEN AND WOMEN WHO SUFFERED FROM A PREVENTABLE TRAGEDY BY A DISTURBED INDIVIDUAL! If you look at almost every fatal act of violence across the USA.
The outstanding piece of evidence has always been the state of mind and -the actions which should of been accounted for- prior to these individuals; whether Jihadis, homegrown terrorists, disgruntled employees or what have you.
State of mind, acts which should have alerted any law enforcement, family member, and or community member. But, why such apathy when it comes to defending, alerting others of violent individuals, and then the way those who are called to serve and protect instead chose to act after the fact.

“When it comes to banking opportunities and financial services across borders and boundaries the question of credit worthiness and limits set by say card vendors upon certain segments of populations. Today fortunes are controlled by government entities who prescribe limits on business and individuals. In developing countries the margins and boundaries are set with consumers limited to choices which could allow for creation and progress to move forward in some cases. Limits set by governments and others historically favors certain individuals and groups over others. While government policies, political affiliations and laws can serve to maintain certain rules in place which help to maintain and keep in place functional and dysfunctional styles of government. Some with predispositions on controlling human capital. Today we can look at various models which detail societies evolution historically. China, Russia, and other politically and financially restricted societies and governments effect on societal evolution.
