THE BEST OF 2013 JUST GOT BETTER

“50 MILLION DEAD ABORTED BABIES, 15 TRILLION SPENT ON UNPOPULAR AND UNWANTED WARS, 60 MILLION STUCK WITH STUDENT LOANS, 70 MILLION YOUNG ADULTS EARNING SLAVE WAGES, 20 MILLION UNEMPLOYED WITH NO HOPE IN SIGHT. SO I GUESS MY QUESTIONS IS WHEN ARE YOU MR. PRESIDENT GOING STAND UP AND PUSH FOR RAISING THE MINIMUM WAGE?” JRH-2013 NDMH

“We elect politicians we believe will bring about change. But, instead they support the continued corrupt management of a corrupted government made up of corrupted individuals and corrupted groups whose corrupt ideals have helped to corrupt our families, our children, and our nation.” JRH-2013 NDMH John R Hernandez, Jr.

“WE NEED TO STOP ELECTING PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY ARE POPULAR BUT, INSTEAD ELECT THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL HELP CHANGE THE STATUS QUO.” JRH-2013 NDMH
IN MEMORY OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2011″I’m sorry to say I don’t like this version of America’s Obama!” JRH-2013 NDMH “As much as I too love the USA I cannot help to let out this gripping feeling that this nation has turned its back on the unborn, the poor, our children, our neighbors and lastly on God! If we don’t wake up to these issues and change things how do we expect to get out of the mess we’re in?” JRH-2013 NDMH”ECONOMIC SECURITY MUST START FIRST WITH A JUST LIVING WAGE THAT STAYS WAY AHEAD OF DEBILITATING COSTS OF LIVING. HEALTH CARE IS MEANINGLESS IF YOU CAN’T AFFORD YOUR RENT, FEED YOUR KIDS, OR FIND WORK. TENS OF MILLIONS OF AMERICANS ARE STILL OUT OF WORK AND MANY HAVE SIMPLY STOPPED LOOKING FOR JOBS. FOR THOSE WHO ARE WORKING THE QUESTION IS WHEN WILL THIS ADMINISTRATION START SUPPORTING A FAIR AND JUST MINIMUM WAGE AND NOT THE BOND SERVANT WAGES OFFERED TODAY?”JRH2013 NDM Continue reading

IT’S GOING TO TAKE MORE THAN JUST A CARROT TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT TO RAISE PEOPLE ABOVE A LIFE OF SENSELESS DEPRIVATION

“The only thing needed for a civil government to become a dictatorship is for the creation of stealth martial laws, deprive the working classes of much needed social programs which would otherwise help to maintain a relative decent lifestyle, and for a party in control to come in and help wreck not just only the economy.” JRH-2014 NDMH Continue reading

“The Sweet Tears of Repentance; The Joy of Salvation and the Freedom From the Shackles of Sin”

I felt blessed to be able to be there in the early years of Katie’s life; when she first stepped unto her school bus; being able to visit her at kindergarten and see the look in her eyes as she proudly danced around I’ll never forget the joy of sharing her smile, so proud to have her daddy by her side. I remember working three jobs just trying to make ends meet as a visiting part time daddy. Thankful that her mom was not so vindictive after suing me for child support to not alienate me from her. It hurt that my name was not on her school papers or on her birth certificate. That I was just some non-custodial father struggling to turn his life around, shunned by those around me. It tortured me knowing we would never be a real family; you know that type where both parents live together happily ever after. I remember the church chorus singing a lovely hymn and suddenly she just started singing, “Old MacDonald had a farm…” The days we would spend at the zoo, by the river, chasing the amusement parks, down the shore or just visiting with her. That first Christmas tree and how she got all wound up around the tree ornaments and that look in her face when I told her she couldn’t see her toys till Christmas day. I remember how she would model for me all the pretty dresses I would get for her; all the surprises she would have for me waiting whenever I would visit; how she would have her pet gerbil do tricks for me and the day at the toy store as I asked the cashier how much was the toys I was about to buy her and how Katie popped out a sock full of change and asked, “Is this enough?”
