Those of us who have the gift of a compassionate heart can only wonder why the rest of America and the world could care less about the aging, about the plight of the poor and or about poverty itself! We live in a society obsessed with aborting what confines them; what deprives them of their so-called individualism, what encroaches upon their perceived rights, what violates their ability to do as they please.” By John R.
